We provide a platform for you to purchase musical instruments and related accessories ("Products") for delivery within the United Kingdom.

2. Account Creation
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Product Information & Pricing
All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

4. Orders & Acceptance
Your order is a offer to purchase. We accept your order once we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

5. Payment
We use Shopify Payments, a secure third-party payment processor. By providing your payment information, you authorise us to charge the full order amount.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Processing Time: 1-3 business days.

• Transit Time (UK): 1-2 business days once dispatched (may be longer for highlands and islands).

• Title & Risk: The risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
