At AudioWaves, we stand behind the quality of our instruments. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, we offer a straightforward returns process.

The AudioWaves 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must include all original tags, accessories, and manuals.

  • It must not be damaged or show signs of wear.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance"

  • Software or digital downloads that have been opened.

  • Personal hygiene items (e.g., microphone windshields).

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Within 30 days of receipt, please contact our support team via Live Chat or email at support@AudioWaves.shop to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.

  2. Pack Securely: Once you have your RMA number, securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories.

  3. Ship to Us: Mail the return package to our address. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Timing: Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your statement. This timing depends on your card issuer's policies.

  • Cost: We will cover the cost of the refund transaction fees. However, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), the original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us immediately if you receive a defective or damaged product.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days, please:

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time to officially post the refund.
